My daughter purchased your trilogy a couple of months ago at the mall in SV & loaned them to me. I just finished reading them & had an awesome time! I really just couldn't put them down!! Thank you for sharing your stories with us. Can't wait to read "Halloween Heist".

Mr. Cannold! Short story!
Most weekends I start Saturday early, with a large coffee and something to read. I spend one dedicated hour, just for me and the written word, before delving into the day's chores. Last weekend, however, broke my normal pattern.
The recliner was comfy, the light was perfect, the coffee hot and the book was The Blue Line of Death. Stu Cannold's first novel, by the way!
One hour later, 'Her Majesty' wandered into the parlor to inquire re: my breakfast choice. Limited menu..."hot or cold", she queried?
"Neither, thanks. I'll get something later, Sweetheart."
She gave me "the eye" and drifted silently out of the room.
The truth was that I was powerless to put the book down! I was hooked!
I grabbed a quick bite shortly after noon (realizing I'd missed my noon meeting!) and read while I chewed.
Late afternoon I finally digested the last few pages, and dropped the finished tome on the exact center of my library table, wandered into the now warm kitchen, and asked a question.
"Would your feelings be hurt if I didn't join you in church tomorrow?"
She replied "What's up? Why do you ask?"
"Truth is that I just finished a great read, and I want to use Sunday to do this author's second novel! So I'll see you tomorrow afternoon?"
I accepted silence for acquiescence!
"Chasing the money", the second book in the series, started out the same as yesterday... recliner-coffee-book! Small lunch while continuing to read, finishing around 4:30 PM.
End of story! I can't wait for the third edition. These first two are real captivating page turners. I put my entire weekend into finishing them!
You intimated you were open to feedback..... Here's my first thought! Stu, you're a sick S-O-B! And a good author, too!

Intriguing and heartbreaking life of the Blue!
Enjoyable read. A little bit of humor mixed with inspiration. A clear look into the real life challenges and experiences of those who wear the “Blue”. This book is also very inspiring to anyone who faces challenges with physical impairments. You will laugh, cry, and be intrigued to continue reading. Looking forward to the sequel in 2021 - Anita R.

Absolutely riveting and very well written.
I've been involved with all facets of the entertainment industry for over 50 years including Headlining in Las Vegas. More recently I have lectured to over 200 organizations nationally including state and local governments, firefighters and law enforcement regarding stress and addictive behavior and am the son of a Firefighter. All that being said, I am very familiar with the pressures heaped upon public servants, so one would assume that I may be jaded when it comes to their diverse stories of the road. On the contrary, I could not put down Stuart Cannold's novel "Blueline of Life & Death". The way Stuart crafts his words maintained my attention and completely pulled me in from beginning to end allowing me to be emotionally and psychologically part of the story. That's the sign of an extremely creative Wordsmith. I wholeheartedly recommend "Blueline of Life & Death" for those who like the behind-the-scenes cop stories and mysteries. In addition, the unforeseen twists and turns consistently keeps the reader on the edge of their seat. I envision this story and its soon-to-be released sequel as a movie and/or TV series. P.S. As I alluded to previously, I am not someone who is easily moved but this story took me along for a ride I did not anticipate and look forward to the sequel. - Frank R.
